Mindful, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed Therapy for a Better You

I'm a mindful, person-centered, and trauma-informed talk therapist, ready to explore the complicated and the mundane, and facilitate awareness and inner discovery so you can live the life you find most meaningful. As a therapist, I want to offer you a space where you - with the "good" and "bad" and chaotic and neat parts and all - can come as you are, to a place of warmth, safety, and gentle curiosity, free of judgement. In this space, we can work together to heal deep wounds, find room for joy, and challenge the parts of you that keep you stuck or stand in the way of your ability to move through life the way you want to.My style is most influenced by several person-centered, evidence-based, relational approaches and methods. I also believe therapy is most effective when it's a collaborative experience, where together, we explore your unique experiences, challenges, and goals to find the approaches and solutions that resonate best with you.I have particular experience working with experiences of depression, anxiety, complex trauma, religious trauma, disability, relational struggles, identity exploration, and self-exploration. I am also experienced in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folx, and am part of these communities myself!

Talk therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional. Through compassionate dialogue and evidence-based techniques, therapy helps you gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply seeking personal growth, talk therapy can provide the support and tools you need to live a more fulfilling life.Listed below are some of the things talk therapy can help with.
Anxiety can be overwhelming and impact your daily life. Our online therapy sessions can help you learn coping strategies and techniques to manage your symptoms and better understand them.
Depression can be isolating and make it hard to find joy in life. Our therapy sessions can help you identify the root causes of your depression and develop a plan to move forward.
Relationships can be challenging, but with the right tools, they can also be rewarding. Our therapy sessions can focus on building communication skills, developing and maintaining better boundaries, and exploring new ways to relate.
Loss can be one of the most difficult experiences in life. Our therapy sessions offer a safe space to process your emotions and find ways to honor the love you've lost.
Traumatic experiences can impact every aspect of your life in unexpected ways. Our therapy sessions provide a safe environment to work through trauma and experience healing and freedom.
Sometimes, we just need a supportive space to explore who we are and what we want out of life. Our therapy sessions can help you gain clarity and insight into yourself, your goals, and what you find meaningful in life.
I am now offering sessions for individual adults and teens at $135 per hour. While I do not currently accept insurance, I do have a limited sliding scale available for community members who qualify.

Let's connect and see if it feels right. Share what's been happening, ask anything you're curious about, and we'll explore together whether this is the support you're looking for.
